Shipping Policy - The Basics
We lovingly hand-pack each order from Salisbury, Wiltshire. During busy periods (e.g. craft fairs or seasonal launches), processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed..
Orders are typically processed as follows:
In-Stock Items - Within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Coming Soon Items - See detailed release dates.
Bespoke Pieces - Discussed on a case-by-case basis as this is entirely dependent upon the piece, embellishments and extras.

Delays, Losses & Damages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at HookedOnThreadery@outlook.com. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess and offer a replacement or refund.

Returns:
For details on returns, please refer to our Refund Policy Page. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Shipping, Packing & Tracking
Shipping:
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail. Delivery options include:
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2–4 business days - £2.40
Royal Mail 1st Class - 1–2 business days - £5.20
Free Shipping - Orders over £25.00

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re exploring options for the future. If you’re outside the UK and interested in our products, feel free to contact us—we’d love to hear from you.

Packaging:
All items are packaged with care using recyclable or reusable materials where possible. We aim to keep packaging minimal yet protective, in line with our eco-conscious values.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, we’ll include the tracking number and link.
